Pausing orders when you're too busy
Stop new online orders for 15 minutes, an hour or the rest of the night.
On the Kitchen screen (or Hours & alerts), press Pause orders and choose how long: 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour or the rest of today.
Your site tells customers when you'll be taking orders again, and checkout is switched off until then. If ordering ahead is on, customers can still order for a later time.
Press Resume orders to start again early. Orders already placed aren't affected, and staff logins can pause and resume too.
