DirectDine
For Chinese takeaways

Online ordering built for Chinese takeaways

Your regulars already know your menu by number. Give them a website where they can order the same way, pay online or on delivery, and skip the app that takes a cut of every order.

Direct Dine handles long numbered menus, set dinners for one to six, extras like prawn crackers and sauces, and the busy Friday rush on the kitchen screen.

No card needed. No commission. Cancel any time.

What you get

Numbered menus, done properly

Dish numbers show on the website, the kitchen screen and printed tickets, so phone and online orders read the same.

Set dinners and options

Sizes, choice of sauce and add-ons on any dish, priced the way you price them.

Delivery by postcode

Set your delivery radius, minimum order and fees by distance. Customers outside your area are told before they order.

Prints in the kitchen

Orders print automatically on Epson or Star kitchen printers, or the thermal printer you already have.

Text and email confirmations

Customers get a confirmation with a tracking link, and you get an alert if an order sits unaccepted.

A flat monthly fee

No commission and no set-up fee. Every new venue gets 30 days of Pro free, no card needed. Compare plans

Questions

Can customers still phone their order through?+

Yes. Staff can key phone orders into the same screen, so everything prints and appears on the kitchen display together.

Do you take a cut of my orders?+

No. Direct Dine is a flat monthly fee (£29 or £42.99 + VAT) with no commission. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe, SumUp, Dojo or PayPal account at their normal processing rate.

How long does it take to set up?+

Most owners are taking orders the same day. Add your menu (or upload a photo of it and we'll read it in), set your delivery postcodes and hours, and share your link.

Is there a contract?+

No. It's monthly rolling with a 30-day free trial and no card needed to start. Cancel from your dashboard.
