Missed-order alerts

Get a text or email if a new order sits unaccepted.

If the kitchen tablet goes to sleep, the sound is off or everyone's run off their feet, an order can sit unnoticed. Missed-order alerts make sure someone hears about it.

  1. 1Go to Hours & alerts.
  2. 2Turn on Send missed-order alerts.
  3. 3Choose how long to wait (2 to 10 minutes) and enter a mobile number, an email address, or both.
  4. 4Save.

We send one message per order, so you won't be flooded.
