Taking card payments online

Go to Online payments. You can connect:

• Stripe: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Create or connect your Stripe account in a few clicks.
• SumUp or Dojo: use the card provider you may already have in the shop.
• PayPal: as an extra option at checkout.

Payments go straight into your own account; Direct Dine never holds your money. Your provider charges its normal card fees; we don't add anything.

Pay on collection and cash on delivery

You can keep "pay when you collect" and "pay the driver" alongside online payment, or on their own.

An order paid online only reaches the kitchen once the payment has gone through, so you never cook for an unpaid card order.
