Delivery area, fees and minimum orders
Charge by distance and set where you deliver.
Go to Ordering site. Delivery charges are worked out from the distance between your postcode and the customer's.
- Set your base postcode (your shop) and the furthest distance you deliver.
- Add delivery zones, for example up to 2 miles £1.50 with a £12 minimum, and 2–4 miles £3 with a £15 minimum.
- Optionally offer free delivery over a certain order value.
- Switch delivery or collection off completely if you only do one.
Customers enter their postcode before checkout and see the fee and minimum straight away. Postcodes outside your area are politely refused.
