Your customer list and GDPR
Who owns customer details, consent, and exporting them.
Every customer who orders or joins your offers list appears in Customer list. Their details belong to your venue, not to Direct Dine, and we never market to them.
- Customers are only marked as happy to receive offers if they tick the box themselves.
- Export the list as a spreadsheet (CSV) whenever you like.
- If a customer asks you to delete their details, remove them from the list.
Staff logins can't see the customer list.
